Håvard Haukeland

Håvard is CEO of Spacemaker AI, which he started with two others in 2016. Spacemaker is a Norwegian startup that has created the world’s first artificial intelligence for architecture and real estate development. Technology can discover the smartest ways to place buildings on plots and thus maximize the value of any plot, anywhere in the world. Håvard is a trained architect, and specializes in early-stage real estate development. The company has grown from 2 to over 20 employees in less than a year, raised NOK 15 million in public support and NOK 25 million from investors. Just two weeks after launch, the company has received requests related to more than 100 real estate projects around the country.
