Eriksen is an experienced leader and economist with wide-ranging know-how across industrial sectors and specialist expertise in stakeholder communications, clean technology management and corporate governance. She has 23 years of strategic and operational experience from the Norwegian Polytechnic Society, DNV GL, REC, Statkraft and SWECO across global markets within policy and business development, consultancy, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, branding, people and project management, cost-benefit and impact analyses, compliance, and training programs. Eriksen’s objective is to stimulate the growth of people, profits and the planet - being a partnerships propel as an economist on the edge of technology. Eriksen is Director of the Board of ZERO, Member of the Jury of the Norwegian Tech Awards and Council Member of the Norwegian Retailers Environment Fund. She has served as Director of the Programme Board of CLIMIT and as Director of the Board of PV Cycle. She has also represented various companies in sustainability forums like World Business Council for Sustainable Development, European Photovoltaic Industry Association, Eurelectric as well as the NHO Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. Eriksen has managed interdisciplinary departments, organisational matrixes and project teams, including for business development, running business, change processes and closedowns. She has run projects from A to Z, reporting to the C-suites and serving large and small private and public clients. Eriksen has also been key account manager for own portfolio of companies, including R&D institutions. She was also a mentor in the DNV GL European Mentoring Programme. Eriksen is dedicated and determined, gets people on board, builds networks, is hands on, finds solutions, looks ahead, considers herself as a global citizen and takes pride in members’ satisfaction. Eriksen holds a M. Economics from the University of Oslo as well as the Global Leadership Program and Leading Digital Transformation from INSEAD Executive education.
